Engagement begins upon receipt of your purchase order and payment. Timelines and deliverables will be confirmed via email.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including legal templates, guides, and proprietary materials, is owned by Darynth and protected by law. You may use licensed materials solely as permitted for your internal activities.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1 Professional Legal Services

To request a refund of payments for services not rendered or canceled in writing within 5 days of purchase, please contact us at +971559089512 or via Contact Us. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Services fully performed are not eligible for refunds, as work initiation and legal advice sessions incur firm commitments. However, you may defer scheduled services once, provided notice is given at least 3 days before the appointment date.

5.2 Infoproducts

For digital instruction materials, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Refund requests must be submitted via Contact Us. Upon approval, payments will be refunded within 7 business days. No refunds are available after materials have been accessed.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical document packages may be sent back in unused condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a send-back, contact us at +971559089512. After we receive and inspect the items, we will process a refund of payments within 10 business days. Shipping costs for sending back are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Liability Limitations

Darynth’s total liability does not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of our site or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
